What we do with your details

The Can Company Warehouse and the Star View Room are operated by KNI Investments LLC, 315 Albemarle Ave SE, Roanoke, Virginia 24013.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, book through a listing site, call or text us, we keep your name, email, phone number and the details of your booking. We use them only to answer your enquiry, arrange and run your booking, and follow up about it.

Text messages

If you text us, or tick the box on our enquiry form, we may text you at that number about your enquiry and booking: availability, confirmations, arrival details and follow-up. We don’t send marketing texts. Message frequency varies with your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Full SMS terms.

We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with anyone for their marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.

Who else sees it

Our website form is handled by our web host, and calls and texts by our phone provider, only so they can deliver them to us. If you book through Peerspace, Giggster, LiquidSpace or Tagvenue, that site’s own privacy policy also applies.
