The loft as it stands

One long room, lit from every side.

The loft is a single open floor on a grid of heavy timber posts. The walls are painted brick in green and cream, the floor is old wood, and there are windows down every wall, so the light moves all day. By mid afternoon it lays long window patterns across the floor. Nothing here has been finished or dressed. It looks like a working warehouse because it was one.

Know this before you book

Everything goes up one wooden staircase by hand. Plan your crew and your package for that.
House power is one 20-amp outlet box, and there are no generators on site. Bring battery or low-draw LED lighting.
No fuel, pyrotechnics or other flammable materials in the building.
49 people on the floor at most, crew and talent included.
A certificate of insurance for $3M (an umbrella is fine) plus workers’ comp, naming KNI Investments LLC as additional insured, with a waiver of subrogation.
Leave it as you found it. Strike and cleanup happen inside your booked hours, and your trash leaves with you.

Need a green room?

The Star View Room is across the lot in the north building, with restrooms, power at the conference table and a freight elevator. Productions have used it for holding, hair and makeup. Book them together as a package.

A $300 security deposit is taken with every Loft booking and returned in full when the space is left as you found it. We walk it with you before and after.
