Book the room, or come and look at it.

Tell us the date, roughly how many hours and roughly how many people. You’ll get a real answer and a real number from a person, usually the same day. Tours are free and take about fifteen minutes.

Free, in the building’s own lot out front. No meters, no garage, no validation.
  • Getting up to the room
The Star View Room is on the second floor. Accessible restrooms and a 4,500 lb freight elevator are on the first floor, so nothing has to be carried up.
  • Opening
Mid-October 2026. Dates from then are bookable now.

Worth knowing before you ask

  • There is no kitchen, no bar and no event staff, so no catering minimum either. Bring your own caterer.
  • Rates are published. See the whole card rather than asking us for a quote sheet.
  • Events, production days and anything with alcohol need a certificate of insurance naming KNI Investments LLC. Meetings and workshops do not. The detail is on the pricing page.
  • Amplified music comes down at 10pm. Roanoke city rule, not ours.
  • If the room is wrong for what you’re running, we’ll tell you that instead of selling you the date.

Getting here

315 Albemarle Ave SE

Southeast Roanoke, on Albemarle Avenue, a few blocks from the Roanoke River and a short run from downtown and the City Market. The building is the long brick one. You will know it by the painted Heironimus sign on the office building and the Continental Can ghost sign on the south parapet.

Park free in the building’s own lot out front. The Star View Room is on the second floor; accessible restrooms and a 4,500 lb freight elevator are on the first, so nothing has to be carried up.

Most people come from Roanoke itself, and we get bookings from Salem, Vinton and the wider Roanoke Valley.
